The Amateur Garden community is an opportunity for gardeners interested in sharing unique garden tips and advice they have tried or are playing with in their home gardens. Creativity and experimenting is a good part of the fun in summer and fall home gardening and landscaping as we plant and add to our garden and grow vegetables, flowers, fruit and herbs. We will share our current projects, experiment and organic thoughts and invite you to comment and connect what you are doing in your garden landscape design.
The header photo is my first experiment with dimension and small space gardening as an amateur gardener. It worked out very well as my wife and I were wandering up and down our neighborhood carrying a container passing out our surplus from family to family. It probably worked out too well as there were times it appeared people turned off their lights and closed their shades as we approached.
We look forward each year to discussing and learn your gardening ideas with your fellow gardeners who care about their garden health and discovering which bed of flower annuals or perennials, fruit trees, vegetable plants or herbs you will be growing as you plant your home garden. Whether you enjoy gardening beautiful flowers, delicious fruit or grow vegetables and herbs for food headed to your kitchen, you will find your insights are welcome.
Sit under your favorite green trees or lay a blanket on the lawn in your yard near your garden while the kids are at the summer pool program as you use this community as a guide to service your needs. Our home garden community will save gardening time, provide resources with our desire to be as important as your garden tools and water. Join us and view our featured garden content. Please respect privacy and a policy of a friendly environment of sharing gardening and growing tips.
